Grades are not recording

If your grade is not recording try refreshing your page first. Sometimes it is just they had not showed yet, refreshing will fix this.

If it is still not recorded try clearing your browser’s browsing history. Then try the module again, it may have been caught in the computers cache memory. Clearing the browsing history will fix this.

You can try opening a private/incognito window and try it in there or try using a different browser altogether. (Google Chrome and Firefox are recommended)

Another issue may be the network you are using. It may be blocking the grades from recording. Try using a different network.

If all this fails please take a screenshot of your completed module and send to support@otrain.com.au along with your name, email address and the URL.
