My certificate has the old date on it

If your certificate has an old date on it it means the course was already completed when you did it again. You can only get 1 certificate for a course unless it is reset by the administrator. Please note not all courses can be reset. In a lot of cases there is a new course for the new year that you will need to enrol in. You will need to check if this is the case.

If your course is already completed and there is no new course for the year you should contact the training department or click need help in bottom right corner before doing it again.
